As a teacher and professor I tend to hear "I practice 4 hours everyday and get no results" a lot. Same thing happens to the fellow teachers I work with all the time. So a co-worker of mine at the Berklee International Network school Conservatorio de Artes del Caribe (CAC) suggested that I do a video on the difference between the concept of real practice and just playing around without specific goals in mind. And here it is!
