Steroids for Musicians? | Supplements for Musician Injuries (RS'Is)


As some of you guys already know I suffer from a different number of RSI's (repetitive strain injuries). To deal with some of the pain I use some supplements which seem to help. Here is a quick list of these:

1. Multi Vitamin

2. Fish Oil

3. Magnesium Citrate

4. Turmeric Curcumin

5. Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM (I actually forgot to mention this one in the video!)
