A very cool lick inspired by one of the modern jazz rock fusion pioneers Mr. Greg Howe. Greg Howe (along with Richie Kotzen) in a way is who inspired me into taking an interest in fusion guitar. I bought his album "Tilt" when I was in high school and it opened my ears to completely new sounds. From there on I was hooked.
So in this lick I apply a couple of different scales like the Minor Pentatonic, Blues and Dorian. Alongside some techniques like string skipping, hybrid picking, some legato and his signature slide vibrato.
