A sweep picking exercise that I came up with using a very common chord progression (Bm G A D Amaj7/C#). The idea of the exercise is for you guys to learn the picking pattern and apply it to any arpeggios that you already know. Also you should create your very own chord progressions and sweep picking patterns and exercises.
After learning this right hand pattern you'll find that sweep picking passages in the style of Jason Becker and Yngwie Malmsteen will become a lot easier and you'll be able to play them much faster.
